Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup Overberg Honey Co raw South African honey
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries or apricots
Instructions
- Heat oven to 180 degrees
- Heat honey and oil in small saucepan over low heat. Simmer for 4 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients, except dried fruit
- Add the warm honey mixture to bowl and stir well
- Spoon the oats onto a large baking sheet and spread out
- Bake it for 10 minutes and stir occasionally
- Remove from oven and allow to cool
- Add the dried fruit
Serving Suggestions
Serve with yoghurt or milk. Top with delicious Blueberry or Raspberry Honey.
