Refunds & Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below the conditions of, and further information about our return policy.

RETURNS

Any item purchased from Overberg Honey Co can BE returned within seven days from the date on which you receive it. To initiate a return please email us at info@overberghoney.co.za We will arrange for our courier to collect the item from you and deliver it to our offices. Insurance is included. You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

REFUNDS

On receipt of your item, you will receive confirmation via email. The item returned will be examined to ensure it is in the same condition it was at the point of sale. You are required to include, (where applicable), the box and associated paperwork. When we have verified that you qualify for a refund you will receive an email confirming the amount that you will receive. We will then arrange immediate payment.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • new accessories that show signs of use or wear
  • any item that is not in the condition it was at the point of sale
  • any item that does not include, (where applicable), the documentation or original box
